Nothing we build is worth an injury. Safety is planned into every job before work begins, and everyone on our sites, whether our own team, subcontractors or visitors, has the right and the duty to stop unsafe work.

• Work in line with UAE and Abu Dhabi occupational health and safety requirements on every site.
• Assess risks and agree safe methods of work before each task starts.
• Provide the right protective equipment, tools and training for every role.
• Hold regular toolbox talks and site inspections, and learn from every near miss.
• Protect our people from summer heat, including observing the UAE midday work break.

Environmental responsibility & sustainable building

The most sustainable building is one that is built well and kept in good condition. We aim to reduce the environmental impact of our work and help our clients run more efficient properties.
