Projects Island Contracting & General Maintenance is a full-service contracting company based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. For more than a decade we have delivered villas, residential and commercial buildings, extensions, fit-outs and complete renovations, with more than 315 projects completed.
What sets us apart is what happens after handover. The same team that builds a property can maintain it, from planned annual maintenance to an urgent repair in the middle of the night. One contractor and one point of contact means one standard of quality, for the whole life of the building.
Our in-house trades cover civil works, MEP, carpentry, finishes, waterproofing, landscaping and pools, so projects move faster, quality stays consistent and clients never have to coordinate a dozen subcontractors.
